Socket/Switch Swap: £25 per plate
Hardware not included. Perfect for a quick aesthetic upgrade.
PRO OFFER: “Whole Room Upgrade” – Swap 5+ plates for a flat £100.
Light Fitting Swap: £50 per fitting
Heavy chandeliers or new ceiling braces quoted separately following an inspection.
Extra Socket (Spur): £80 – £120
Includes cable, back box, and socket. Price depends on location and route of chasing.

The Fine Print (The “No-Nonsense” Bit)

Transparency is the foundation of our bespoke service. Please note the following:
Materials: Unless specifically stated (like our socket spurs), all prices are for labour only. We are happy to fit materials you’ve already purchased, or we can source them for you at cost + a small picking/delivery fee.
Parking & Congestion: To keep our prices competitive, any parking permits, pay-and-display fees, or ULEZ/Congestion charges incurred will be added to the final invoice.
Minimum Call-Out: To ensure we can provide a meticulous level of care to every client, we have a minimum call-out charge of £60.
Hidden Obstacles: Our “starting from” prices assume standard conditions. Should we encounter unforeseen issues (like crumbling Victorian plaster or DIY wiring “surprises”), we will stop and discuss a revised estimate with you before proceeding.
Waste Removal: We pride ourselves on leaving your home pristine. We will bag up all rubbish, but please note that heavy waste disposal (e.g., old doors or bathroom fixtures) is the homeowner’s responsibility unless a disposal fee is agreed upon in advance.
Electrical Safety: We swap ‘like-for-like’ fittings. If your existing wiring is found to be unsafe or not up to current UK building regulations, we will advise on the necessary certified remedial work for your peace of mind.
